10 months!

I'm in denial that this little face is already 10 months and getting close to 20 pounds! He's 18.8 pounds, 2ft 4 inches, NO TEETH....but he is about to have at least one of his lower teeth - if not two, very soon. Daycare has mentioned that his top gums seem swollen, so we might get FOUR teeth all at the same time!!!

I mean, just look at that giggly face! I just want to squeeze him all the time! He LOVES being outside, and looking out the window at the dogs outside.  He outlasts all of the kids playing outside at daycare :)  He crawls like a boss and gets up to high speeds when he deems necessary to get to something he shouldn't have before Mom and Dad notice...ahem....Bruce's dog food pebble (he got it in his mouth! nasty!)! He loves playing with cords, the air vents on the floor, the baby gate to Mom and Dad's room, the dog water bowl in our bedroom, shoes, dog toys, the door stopper on the back of any door....the list goes on. He is bursting with energy endlessly it seems, and only cat naps at daycare. He loves to chase around the dogs, especially Niiro - who will only move just far enough out of reach. It's a fun cat and mouse game.

He's still eating like a champ as well...rarely turning down any kind of food. We are working on getting the hang of sippy cups, and after making a complete mess, Julian is no longer allowed to man handle the feeding spoon unless it's bath day!

He loves to pull up on his toys and furniture, and he loves crawling over to Mom or Dad and kneeling with his arms reaching up to be held (melts my heart when he does that).

As you can tell from the pictures, Julian DOES NOT SIT STILL. Ever. I think I took a thousand pictures before I finally got one that wasn't too blurry. Good enough! He kept trying to flip over and crawl away for the chalkboard pictures, and lunging for either the camera or his stuffed bear during the chair pictures! He's hilarious. Daddy got some good giggles out of him. He loves being tickled and laughing in general.

We finally got to use our measuring stick that we handmade. I was so excited. We still need a little longer before Julian can stand there on his own and I can mark the ruler easily!

We had some professional photos taken Memorial Day weekend so I can't wait to see and share those!
